The Institute of Fundraising is the professional membership body for UK fundraisers, championing best practice in fundraising. As the largest individual representative body in the third sector, the Institute has an enviable track record of delivering exceptional events. The latest addition to our growing portfolio of high profile events will focus on highlighting best practice within the fundraising world at our annual National Awards.

Fundraising is a rapidly developing and increasingly eclectic profession. Recognising the achievements of some of its many fundraisers, whether professional or volunteer, is a crucial exercise within a continually evolving charity environment.

The ceremony is one of the key nights in the voluntary sector calendar. The awards will take place alongside the Institute of Fundraising National Convention on Monday 6 July 2009 at a central London location. In 2008, over 750 key fundraising practitioners and suppliers attended the ceremony and accompanying dinner.
